
Lead Field Services Specialist β Overwatch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the refurbishment of Overwatch tooling directly.
β’ Explore new technologies for upgrading or replacing the outdated tool fleet.
β’ Assist in developing capital investment strategies for expanding the fleet in BWR and PWR markets.
β’ Take ownership of the continuous improvement of Overwatch processes.
β’ Support the conceptual design of tooling, its field delivery, and related activities.
β’ Offer technical direction and guidance to craft labor during power equipment outages.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for outage execution.
β’ Collaborate with field services training and staffing teams to create field execution teams.
β’ Serve as the lead instructor for training programs.
β’ Function as a subject matter expert in tooling fabrication, procurement, procedure management, and outage execution.
β’ Manage complex projects that involve BWR 2β6 In-Service Inspection, in-vessel visual technology tooling and services, core verification, and reactor service maintenance activities.
β’ Implement best practices and recognize how the field services area interacts with other functions.
β’ Provide support to less-experienced colleagues.
β’ Lead small, low-risk projects and facilitate team consensus.
β’ Communicate performance expectations and address sensitive issues.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited college/university, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in BWR maintenance management or inspection services.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience leading field teams at customer sites and design engineering teams.
β’ Familiarity with BWRVIP, ASME, and ISI programs implemented by nuclear facilities.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently, 70% of the time or more, including trips to U.S. and international plant sites.
β’ Ability to work in radiation-controlled and radioactively contaminated environments.
β’ Access to U.S. export-controlled information, subject to authorization from the U.S. Government where necessary.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
β’ Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
β’ Understanding of GEH Nuclear Energy products, processes, customers, markets, and competition.
β’ Experience and knowledge in Inspection Services.
β’ Familiarity with BWR reactor internals and GEH In Vessel Visual tooling.
β’ Knowledge of GEH B03, EC, and Inventory processes.
β’ Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Strong project management abilities.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
β’ Proficient in strategic development and execution.
β’ Capability to analyze and resolve issues.
β’ Ability to document, plan, market, and implement programs.
