This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Deploy, install, configure, and commission Titan MS systems in dynamic environments.
• Integrate RF, radar, EO/IR, and C2 components utilizing RJ45/IP networking, ICD/API interfaces, and system-level configuration tools.
• Operate Titan UI/Dashboard while interpreting sensor fusion outputs, telemetry, RF signatures, and defeat/engagement workflows.
• Conduct site surveys, airspace coordination, and mission planning in collaboration with customer units.
• Troubleshoot RF, power, and sensor subsystems, replacing components, cables, and modules as needed.
• Execute MILSTD environmental validation, EMC checks, HERP/HERO safety procedures, and system diagnostics.
• Maintain spares kits, bonded inventory, logistics coordination, configuration management, and fleet baseline tracking.
• Provide operator and maintainer training, virtual labs, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Enhance curricula, user manuals, and courseware based on feedback from the field.
• Act as the primary on-site liaison with U.S. and allied customers.
• Conduct flight demonstrations, operational briefs, and technical explanations.
• Keep service logs, maintenance reports, readiness metrics, and operational data updated.
• Document lessons learned, failure trends, and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Assist with risk assessments, mission packets, weather/NOTAM reviews, and operational planning documentation.
• Support additional AV systems, including SUAS, TMS, UGV, directed energy, and tracking systems.
• Provide mission-ready support across various programs and customer environments.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with RF systems, communications electronics, EW, or CUAS technologies.
• Proficient in troubleshooting HF, UHF, L/S/C bands, GNSS denial concepts, and power systems.
• Strong skills in RJ45, IP networking, and C2 integration.
• Familiarity with ICD/API interfaces and troubleshooting in Linux/Windows environments.
• Experience in deploying ruggedized systems in austere or harsh conditions.
• Knowledge of MIL_STD standards.
• Capability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams, interpret logs, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to brief both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High cultural intelligence and experience working in multinational teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively and deploy overseas.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for a passport.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; TS/SCI is preferred.
• Prior military experience is preferred.
• Certifications in RF, avionics, electronics, networking, or related technical fields are preferred.
• Experience with GNSS/GPS denial, spectrum management, or interference mitigation is preferred.
• Background in authoring training materials or conducting certification programs is preferred.
• Additional language skills in Dutch, German, Polish, or Ukrainian are preferred.
• Familiarity with ITAR/EAR compliance and international deployment frameworks is preferred.
• Experience with RF test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment is preferred.
• Experience in electromechanical assembly and rework, including component swaps, cable management, ESD procedures, and sealing/fastener practices is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions and navigate uneven terrain.
• Capability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit, crouch, kneel, and manipulate equipment for extended periods.
• Comfort working in austere, isolated, or high-tempo operational environments.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under 22 CFR §120.15 for ITAR/EAR-controlled information.
