This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +15 more states.
• Oversee application analysts regarding deliverables, deadlines, and communication with leadership and operational stakeholders.
• Assess project and issue statuses with operations and leadership.
• Implement and provide support for clinical or business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues experienced by end users.
• Assist in the conversion and implementation of software products.
• Investigate and evaluate solutions to deliver efficient, high-quality products.
• Maintain and provide support for installed application software products.
• Analyze and document current and future requirements, workflows, regulatory obligations, procedures, and policies.
• Lead the planning, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and evaluation of application systems.
• Design, document, construct, and modify complex critical applications.
• Develop and execute test scripts; document testing progress and engage in issue resolution.
• Review workflows and validate training curricula; support training sessions.
• Create screenshots and explanations for optimization communications.
• Report project challenges and achievements to the application/project manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field, or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments.
• Experience with application system builds.
• Epic certification(s) or accreditation required within the specified certification timelines.
• If not certified upon employment, must be willing to travel or actively engage in remote training; up to 3 attempts for certification exams.
• Proficiency with online devices.
• Strong skills in face-to-face, audio, and written communication.
• Capability to prepare for and facilitate meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to establish and implement strategies for process enhancement and computer-based solution selection, installation, and implementation.
• Proficient in problem-solving using logical reasoning.
• Capacity to make independent decisions based on evolving data and circumstances.
• Skill in managing multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
• Ability to retain knowledge of software and hardware products.
• Capability to set and organize both short- and long-term goals.
• Adequate vision and hearing for documentation, computer, and telephone tasks.
• Ability to work independently and accept significant responsibilities.
