This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Respond to HR Helpline calls, delivering prompt and professional assistance to team members.
• Serve as the first escalation point, assessing appropriate resolution paths.
• Address inquiries in line with established SLAs via phone, case management systems, and the Support Hub.
• Provide solutions and information regarding HR issues such as payroll, background checks, new hire assistance, compensation, leaves of absence, separations, employee concerns, and administrative support.
• Assist with HR Service Center functions, pre-employment processes, hiring, onboarding, and HR administration requirements.
• Ensure excellence in processes, compliance, and efficient delivery of HR administrative programs.
• Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and other HR functional areas.
• Guide team members on HR Shared Services resources and self-service tools, including Support Hub and Workday.
• Process, enter, and approve transactions in Workday while keeping employee data accurate.
• Document and escalate requests and inquiries as necessary.
• Interpret HR policies and escalate issues to the relevant departments.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and HR support resources.
• Assist in transitioning HR administrative processes to the centralized HR Administration team.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, functional groups, and IT to streamline and transition processes.
• Act as a liaison between HR teams and functional partners.
• Support process controls and reporting to identify potential issues.
• Contribute to HR initiatives, process enhancements, and projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR Shared Services or a related Human Resources field.
• An Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience is mandatory.
• A strong orientation towards customer service is essential.
• Practical experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS/HRMS) is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and evaluate urgency.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Competence in organizing, analyzing, summarizing, and presenting data effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently within a collaborative, team-focused environment.
• Regular availability to work from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, crouch, and/or reach, and lift up to 25 pounds or more.
• Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage, but not mandatory.
