Lead Digital Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Define, deliver, and oversee the lifecycle of two or more products within Allstate’s expanding product portfolio.

• Manage the strategic product vision, product discovery, and roadmaps to enhance both customer and enterprise value.

• Collaborate with a Product Marketing Manager to devise and implement an integrated marketing plan that promotes market awareness and boosts product adoption.

• Spend considerable time engaging with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and behaviors, as well as gather feedback on product concepts and iterations.

• Participate in discovery and test-and-learn initiatives to validate concepts for backlog investments.

• Establish and manage KPIs to gauge success and guide product strategy.

• Develop, drive, and execute a comprehensive product strategy for two or more digital products.

• Lead the development and recommendation of new techniques and processes that support innovative solutions.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and those in the cross-functional development organization.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, presenting as the product expert to field teams and at events.

• Make informed decisions regarding build, buy, and/or partnership strategies to enhance product strategy and optimize KPIs.

• Monitor budgets and operational efficiency, developing revised courses of action as needed.

• Evaluate alternatives and consider the service and business implications of decisions.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience is preferred.

• Proven experience in client relationship management.

• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience in digital product management.

• Background in digital product strategy.

• Knowledge of product development strategies.

• Experience in product management.

• Expertise in product vision and strategies.

• Strong systems thinking capabilities.

• Ability to influence others and cultivate relationships.
