Lead Developer – Power Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-level business applications utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and the entire Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem

• Utilize technical knowledge in application architecture, workflow automation, solution design, and governance

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and development teams

• Create scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that enhance business processes and expedite digital transformation

• Direct solution architecture and application design

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline

• 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise application development

• 6+ years of practical experience in Power Platform development

• Proven experience in leading enterprise-scale Power Platform projects

• Must be a U.S. Person

• Hold a Public Trust clearance level

• Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven)

• Expertise in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)

• Familiarity with Dataverse

• Knowledge of Power Pages

• Skills in Power Platform Administration

• Experience with Power Platform Pipelines DevOps

• Proficient in Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of Git

• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines

• Understanding of Solution Packaging

• Experience in Environment Management

• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
