Lead Developer – .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement robust, scalable, and secure application solutions.

• Convert user stories and business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.

• Improve, refactor, and maintain existing applications to enhance performance, stability, and scalability.

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and developers within an Agile/Scrum team.

• Act as a subject matter expert in diagnosing complex application issues and addressing performance bottlenecks.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality code through unit testing and peer reviews.

• Contribute to architectural and design decisions.

• Maintain technical documentation for systems, codebases, and development workflows.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and suggest innovative solutions.

• Promote continuous learning and foster technical and leadership growth across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in application development.

• Comprehensive knowledge of at least one programming language.

• Capability to translate user specifications into executable code.

• Understanding of data access methods for creating, reading, updating, and deleting data.

• Familiarity with industry architecture.

• Knowledge of utility usage and relevant tools.

• Familiarity with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Basic understanding of database concepts.

• Awareness of current technical trends.

• Proficient in using versioning tools.

• Proven experience with the Microsoft .NET framework, including C#/VB/ASP and associated technologies.

• Experience with WPF, MVC, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, RDLC, NuGet, WinForms, SQL, SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, IIS, GitLab, XML, JSON, Microsoft Office, and PowerShell.

• Ability to engage in code reviews and provide technical guidance.

• Capacity to work collaboratively with architecture staff on coding standards and guidelines.

• Excellent analytical and deductive reasoning skills.

• Ability to make independent decisions or operate with minimal direction.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree or completion of a Computer Science program from a Technical Trade School is preferred.
