Lead Delivery Manager, Partner Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete planning and execution of Bank Pro implementations and enhancement initiatives, collaborating across engineering, product, and partner teams while overseeing scope, schedule, dependencies, and risk from kickoff to go-live.

• Facilitate coordination among engineers, product managers, implementation specialists, and bank partner stakeholders to achieve shared milestones.

• Eliminate obstacles and sustain progress across multiple concurrent Bank Pro workstreams.

• Serve as a reliable partner to bank stakeholders by comprehending requirements and managing expectations effectively.

• Ensure that delivery teams remain aligned with common go-live objectives.

• Develop and implement project management practices, tools, and reporting cadences as Bank Pro evolves.

• Deliver status reports, track risks and issues, maintain RAID logs, and establish decision-making frameworks.

• Provide clear, precise, and timely updates regarding program health, milestones, dependencies, and risks to Trovata leadership.

• Proactively escalate issues and propose solutions to ensure resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary to support bank partners and internal teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.

• 8–12 years of experience in project or program management delivering cross-functional technology initiatives.

• Experience preferred in financial services, fintech, or a similar regulated setting.

• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering cross-functional programs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding client management and communication abilities.

• Capacity to build trust, manage expectations, and align diverse stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.

• Familiarity with bank connectivity, bank file formats (BAI2, MT940, API), and technology integrations.

• Ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capable of working independently and excelling in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
