πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Design, develop, and validate predictive models, which encompass GLMs, causal/econometric methods, and deep learning-based forecasting.

β€’ Utilize causal inference methodologies such as quasi-experimental designs, uplift modeling, propensity score methods, and related econometric tools.

β€’ Oversee the entire model lifecycle, from exploratory analysis and feature engineering to deployment, monitoring, and retraining in production environments.

β€’ Write production-standard SQL, process large-scale data in Spark, and create and deploy models using Python.

β€’ Collaborate with client data science and analytics teams to transform ambiguous business questions into clearly defined modeling challenges.

β€’ Effectively communicate technical work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decision-making.

β€’ Enhance the reliability and maintainability of models in established production settings.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 7 years of practical experience in predictive analytics, applied statistics, or machine learning, with a proven history of transitioning models from concept to production.

β€’ Profound understanding of generalized linear models, econometric techniques, causal inference, and time-series forecasting, including methods based on deep learning.

β€’ Solid software engineering principles, including the deployment and maintenance of production models, ensuring code quality, testing, and monitoring.

β€’ High proficiency in SQL, Spark, and Python.

β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; strong capacity for client and stakeholder engagement.

β€’ A graduate degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a quantitative or behavioral field such as statistics, economics, computer science, cognitive science, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.

β€’ Must be located in the US or Canada.
