Lead Consultant – Report/Dashboard Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Write and optimize intricate SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to comprehend reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.

• Create and implement dynamic dashboards utilizing Oracle BI, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting platforms.

• Analyze data to generate insights that support business decisions and enhance processes.

• Ensure the integrity and consistency of data across reports and dashboards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting systems, data discrepancies, and performance challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in SQL, with a strong capability to write complex queries.

• Practical experience in creating dashboards and reports using Oracle BI, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Experience in handling large datasets while ensuring data accuracy.

• Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle CX / Oracle Sales Cloud.

• Any Graduate.

• Full-time/Permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

• Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing is preferred.

• Experience with Oracle reporting tools or other enterprise reporting platforms is an advantage.

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
