Lead Consultant – Oracle Cloud Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Compensation modules, such as Workforce Compensation, Total Compensation Statements, and Salary Administration.

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with HR and business stakeholders.

• Convert business requirements into scalable and effective Oracle Cloud configurations.

• Offer strategic advice on compensation best practices and system functionalities.

• Set up compensation plans, eligibility profiles, worksheets, modeling, and budgeting.

• Assist with integrations involving Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and external systems.

• Direct POC, CRP, SIT, and UAT testing, address defects, and manage deployment activities.

• Create functional specifications for reports, dashboards, and integrations.

• Collaborate with technical teams, offshore resources, and cross-functional partners.

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and risk management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Oracle Compensation certification.

• Proven experience leading 3+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud Compensation implementations, including managing quarterly patch cycles and conducting regression testing.

• Practical knowledge of Workforce Compensation, Salary Basis, and Total Compensation Statements.

• At least one Redwood Compensation implementation experience with Visual Builder Studio customization.

• Background in US Compensation, including support for unions and bargaining units.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR and compensation processes, encompassing merit, bonus, stock, budgeting, complex eligibility rules, fast formulas, and compensation cycles.

• Excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and remote collaboration abilities.

• Capability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Proficiency in at least one additional Oracle Cloud HCM module is a plus.
