This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee mid-to-large scale projects for the Technology Innovation Office, encompassing planning, facilitation, and execution.
• Conduct discovery activities to evaluate business challenges, explore potential solutions, and outline initiative scope, benefits, risks, and success metrics.
• Provide analysis, status updates, and performance insights for portfolio management, leadership decision-making, and governance of the innovation pipeline.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify, shape, and prioritize opportunities for innovation.
• Facilitate planning, prioritization, and sequencing activities aligned with Innovation strategies.
• Create recommendations, value hypotheses, and business cases to inform prioritization and investment decisions.
• Convert business objectives and requirements into structured engagements and actionable outcomes.
• Manage relationships from the identification of opportunities through to implementation.
• Recognize and escalate risks related to governance, compliance, adoption, and delivery.
• Analyze engagement results and performance metrics to assess business value and adoption rates.
• Track progress and identify potential risks or issues in collaboration with Technology Innovation Office leadership.
• Elevate challenges and coordinate solutions.
• Develop executive-ready communications, presentations, and engagement materials.
• Design and execute activities for stakeholder engagement, change enablement, and adoption.
• Promote innovation literacy, AI awareness, and enablement initiatives.
• Foster awareness, understanding, and adoption of innovation capabilities throughout the organization.
• Mentor and coach Consultants while providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance team capability and engagement quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a combination of education and/or relevant professional work experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in consulting, business transformation, innovation, or technology.
• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional engagements from discovery to implementation.
• Experience in applying AI, automation, or emerging technologies to business opportunities.
• Familiarity with working in regulated environments, such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven capability to mentor others.
• MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• Preferred experience in applying lean experimentation, human-centered design, agile delivery, or product discovery practices.
• Familiarity with innovation frameworks, change enablement practices, and methods for promoting organizational adoption of new technologies is preferred.
