This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +3 more states.
• Oversee, manage, and ensure quality control of evidence synthesis and analytical projects for clients, which encompass indirect treatment comparisons, network meta-analyses, and survival/statistical analyses.
• Offer strategic and technical guidance to clients and internally regarding advanced evidence synthesis methodologies, including both deterministic and Bayesian network meta-analyses.
• Assist in the preparation of HTA submissions and formulate study designs and analytic strategies.
• Direct qualitative and/or quantitative analysis plans, literature reviews, statistical analyses, and reports ready for client presentation.
• Create outlines and formats for deliverable documents.
• Complete internal records and ensure quality checks of colleagues' work.
• Examine research challenges and align scientific tasks with overarching research objectives.
• Provide recommendations on scientific methodologies and approaches for clients.
• Stay updated on current subject-matter knowledge, including developments, trends, and best practices.
• Manage workload in accordance with project scope, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies, clients, and associated institutions.
• Develop and draft proposals based on client suggestions or RFPs, and adjust proposals in response to client feedback.
• Drive business development initiatives and assist in BD efforts.
• Lead project teams, identify required staff resources, outline scope of work, and provide guidance and feedback.
• Manage projects in alignment with internal schedules and budget constraints.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, with potential for formal line management responsibilities.
• PhD or MSc in Statistics.
• Over 8 years of experience in evidence synthesis.
• Extensive experience in a consulting, academic, or pharmaceutical/devices industry setting.
• Demonstrated management experience, particularly in leading a team of junior analysts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Strong self-motivation.
