
Lead Clinical Application Specialist β Nuclear Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide in-depth clinical education to end-users, encompassing physicians, nurses, and technologists.
β’ Organize and conduct both on-site and virtual customer training sessions.
β’ Facilitate pre-training preparation, support during patient go-live, and post-go-live education.
β’ Fulfill documentation obligations throughout the phases from pre-training to post-training.
β’ Conduct pre-sale clinical evaluations and educational sessions for prospective clients.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical and technical expertise to implement training methodologies effectively.
β’ Foster customer relationships through proactive communication efforts.
β’ Convey product and customer feedback or opportunities to Management, Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support teams.
β’ Articulate clinical and intricate technical concepts to Radiologists, Physicists, Facility Management, and various staff members.
β’ Share product insights, customer issues, opportunities, and competitive data with the relevant internal teams.
β’ Uphold a compliant and ethical culture, adhering to high ethical standards.
β’ Represent MIM/GE HealthCare during training, go-live, and early adoption stages.
β’ A minimum of five (5) years of imaging experience, with at least three (3) years specifically in the PET or Nuclear Medicine (NM) modality.
β’ Certification: ARRT or an equivalent credential specific to the NM or PET modality.
β’ A four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, ideally in a technical discipline.
β’ Must be willing to travel extensively (at least 80%; 4-5 days per week, including overnight stays and some weekends) within the US and Canada (USCAN).
β’ Residence should be located no more than one (1) hour from a major airport.
β’ Required to register with various vendor credentialing organizations, including proof of immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis) and drug screening.
β’ Proficient in using Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
β’ Ability to rapidly learn specialized, industry-specific software.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and French is strongly preferred.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
β’ Strong clinical and technical knowledge.
β’ Autonomy in decision-making within a defined framework.
β’ Strong organizational abilities for scheduling and managing documentation needs.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
