This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Drive the adoption of FirstNet and Business as Usual (BAU) initiatives throughout the Department of War and the military public safety sector.
• Market and provide integrated solutions that encompass mobility services and applications.
• Emphasize emerging technologies such as Smart Base Technologies and 5G.
• Oversee profitable revenue growth and net additions within a diverse account portfolio.
• Cultivate trusted partnerships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify, and manage wireless data sales opportunities.
• Formulate and implement account strategies and sales relationships across various levels.
• Direct and oversee the sales process for all available products and applications.
• Manage accounts spanning multiple locations and operational entities.
• Collaborate with other markets to ensure effective enterprise-wide account management.
• Prepare comprehensive business cases while understanding financial implications and commitments.
• Create sales strategies and provide guidance for their execution.
• Foster internal business partnerships to optimize account strategies.
• Maximize efficient sales fulfillment channels.
• Develop and execute corporate business proposals.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of wireless services, data solutions, complex data products and services, as well as sales techniques.
• Address and resolve customer escalations.
• Comprehend the key business and profit drivers of customers.
• Employ strategic and consultative selling methodologies to meet wireless data revenue objectives.
• Sell IoT and Mission Critical ePTT solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce for forecasting, funnel management, and support requests.
• Coach, mentor, and provide guidance on best practices to enhance market share across the portfolio.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful sales and account management experience in the enterprise government sector, with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Strong technical knowledge of Wireless products (voice and data) is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills complemented by robust negotiation capabilities.
• Proactive and confidently seeks out new business opportunities.
• A flexible team player.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present a professional image of oneself and the Company.
• Experience in managing customer inquiries effectively.
• Capability to professionally handle challenging customer interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Willingness to travel, approximately 50% of the time.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of successful sales and account management experience specifically within the Department of War, with a proven history of meeting quotas.
