Lead, Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the operating partner to the leadership team at Payward Services

• Oversee business planning, set goals, conduct business reviews, and provide updates to leadership

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for Payward Services

• Implement automation for manual tasks throughout the business using AI and integrations

• Streamline partner launch checklists and reporting processes

• Enhance partner launches in collaboration with Solutions, Product, and Compliance teams

• Establish a consistent launch process to reduce the time to go live

• Integrate new products and acquired businesses into the Payward Services operational framework

• Manage strategic and cross-functional initiatives vital to the success of Payward Services

• Collaborate with teams in Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance

• Report directly to the head of Business Operations at Payward Services

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or related fields

• Experience working in-house at a payments, fintech, financial services, or cryptocurrency organization

• Proven history of managing a process from start to finish and ensuring its successful completion

• Ability to independently develop systems and uphold processes

• Skilled in creating launch plans and automating workflows

• Familiarity with AI tools, scripting, or no-code automation solutions

• Strong communication skills for engaging with Sales, leadership, and Engineering teams

• Proficient with data and possess a keen attention to detail

• Self-motivated individual who can devise roadmaps in the absence of existing ones

• Experience in payments, card programs, or cryptocurrency infrastructure is advantageous

• Willingness to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments during the hiring process

• Must choose a city and country for the work location
