Lead, Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the operational partner to the leadership team at Payward Services.

• Oversee planning, goal-setting, business reviews, leadership updates, and performance metric monitoring.

• Utilize AI and integrations to automate manual business processes.

• Enhance partner launch procedures in collaboration with Solutions, Product, and Compliance teams.

• Develop repeatable launch processes to reduce time to market.

• Integrate new products and acquired businesses into the Payward Services operating framework.

• Drive strategic and cross-functional initiatives essential to the success of Payward Services.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or related positions.

• Experience working in-house at a payments, fintech, financial services, or cryptocurrency organization.

• Proven ability to own a process from start to finish and drive it to completion.

• Capacity to independently create and maintain systems and processes.

• Skill in developing launch plans and automating workflows.

• Familiarity with AI tools, scripts, or no-code automation to eliminate manual tasks.

• Excellent communication skills across Sales, leadership, and Engineering teams.

• Proficient in writing requirements that Engineering can utilize for development.

• Strong comfort with data and meticulous attention to detail.

• A self-starter capable of devising a roadmap in the absence of one.

• Background in payments, card programs, or cryptocurrency infrastructure is a plus.
