Lead Assistant Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee data engineering initiatives

• Offer strategic direction

• Supervise the data engineering team

• Ensure ongoing enhancement of data processes

• Create AI agents and multi-agent frameworks

• Develop agentic workflows and integrate LLM solutions

• Establish data quality, classification, lineage, and governance mechanisms

• Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and contemporary data platforms

• Assist in cloud-based data modernization efforts

• Work collaboratively with business, architecture, and engineering teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, or Software Development

• Proficient in Python and SQL

• Familiarity with Agentic AI and LLM applications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Knowledge of Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Governance

• Experience with CI/CD and Agile methodologies

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a related area
