This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, set up, maintain, and provide support for the SAP Ariba platform
• Act as the primary subject-matter expert and escalation point for purchasing and invoicing processes
• Assess current processes and system capabilities
• Convert business needs into functional documentation for process enhancements, integrations, and analytics
• Create process scenarios and test scripts for upgrades, new implementations, and daily operational needs
• Organize upgrades, releases, testing, regression testing, and production rollouts
• Participate in the Change Advisory Board for modifications and enhancements to the Ariba module
• Direct P2P business system administration and testing management
• Manage workflow activation and monitor changes
• Monitor defects and facilitate the resolution of P2P-related issues
• Identify technical resources and encourage ongoing process and system enhancements
• Offer technical support, user assistance, training, and documentation
• Act as a liaison between IT and business units regarding configuration, workflow, and data integration
• Recognize opportunities for process simplification, automation, and enhanced user experience
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, security measures, finance policies, and audit requirements
• Serve as the main contact for SAP Ariba support and external implementation or support partners
• Present technical subjects during staff meetings
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities and technical projects
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of ten years of relevant experience, including procurement, system, and customer support
• Must possess experience in SAP Ariba administration
• Knowledge of Ariba – P2P, Business System Administration, SLP modules, as well as aspects of Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Risk modules
• Understanding of accounting principles is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all customer and management levels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
• Innovative and resourceful problem-solving skills
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation capabilities
• Superior organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship will be provided, including CPT/OPT
