CMMS System Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in transition meetings concerning FAMIS 360 and integrated systems, such as Yardi, JDE, MEM, Serraview, and CoStar.

• Attend training sessions for both guest and full users of FAMIS 360.

• Take part in 360 Systems Administrator training sessions.

• Collaborate with the C&W TDS Delivery Manager and account team during the configuration and setup phases.

• Configure property settings, which include accounting codes, language designations, business hours, and contact details.

• Oversee user security profiles management.

• Assist with data loading and make necessary configuration adjustments.

• Own the FAMIS 360 system, ensuring its effective use and configuration.

• Act as the primary contact for any questions or support related to FAMIS 360.

• Monitor and address support requests generated by the system.

• Provide assistance to users for password resets, security modifications, and general inquiries.

• Coordinate with C&W IT regarding system issues, maintenance, and enhancements.

• Inactivate properties that are no longer managed by C&W and update quarterly billing records.

• Manage the addition and removal of users in accordance with SOP and SOC compliance.

• Oversee the management of pick list values and configuration options.

• Maintain deployed modules such as Vendor, Asset, Schedule, and Inventory.

• Provide training or coordinate ongoing training sessions.

• Proficient in system administration duties, including user management and configuration tasks.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to resolving system-related challenges.

• Familiarity with property management and compliance standards.

• Preferred strong knowledge in Real Estate Facilities Management.
