This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Design, implement, and deliver advanced support for endpoint management solutions across a vast, distributed array of physical and virtual devices.
• Package, test, and deploy Windows and third-party applications using MECM and Intune with PSADT and silent-install packages.
• Oversee MECM/Intune co-management, client configurations, boundaries, deployment collections, Autopilot profiles, compliance policies, and configuration baselines.
• Develop, document, and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts for automation, remediation, and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with Information Security to identify, prioritize, and address endpoint security vulnerabilities.
• Manage the lifecycle of third-party application patching.
• Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues that affect client communications, application delivery, and patch distribution.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools and automation/orchestration to enhance packaging, remediation, and reporting processes.
• Monitor tasks in JIRA and version-control scripts/configurations in GitHub.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Networking, Information Security, and Support teams.
• Triage and address escalations from Endpoint Support and Security as a technical escalation point for Level 1/2 teams.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technology field (equivalent experience is acceptable).
• Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, including over 5 years in infrastructure/endpoint engineering.
• Advanced practical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune, encompassing co-management, Autopilot, compliance policies, and Win32 application deployment.
• Proven experience in remediating security vulnerabilities, including CVE triage and patch-compliance reporting.
• Advanced capabilities in PowerShell scripting, with familiarity in VBScript.
• Established track record of resolving complex incidents at scale within large, distributed endpoint environments.
• Strong experience in application packaging (.MSI/.MST, Win32; familiarity with App-V/MSIX is an advantage) using PSAppDeployToolkit, Advanced Installer, and Orca.
• Experience managing third-party application patching programs, such as Patch My PC or Ivanti.
• Solid grasp of Active Directory and Group Policy, including GPO troubleshooting.
• Working understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, subnetting, and VLANs.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 Enterprise, BIOS/UEFI, BitLocker, and Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with Citrix, VMware, and thin/zero-client delivery is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ServiceNow, GitHub or Azure DevOps, JIRA, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, and Windows Autopatch.
• Experience in mentoring Level 1/2 engineers and creating runbooks/knowledge-base documentation.
• ITIL foundations or equivalent experience in incident/problem/change management.
