This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the main administrator for the P2P technology stack, which includes Xflow, Concur, and Tipalti.
• Oversee user provisioning, role assignments, and approval authority hierarchies across various platforms.
• Monitor the health of systems, batch processes, and data synchronization with the SAP core system.
• Resolve system errors, workflow bottlenecks, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with software vendors for technical support.
• Ensure segregation of duties, access controls, and audit logs; assist in compliance audits.
• Aid in the technical setup, configuration, and testing for new applications, module expansions, and platform upgrades.
• Support UAT planning and execution, including the development of test cases and regression testing.
• Collaborate with Central IT and Enterprise Architecture to adhere to security and data governance standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
• Work with Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and Procurement leadership to understand requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Assist in master data standardization, including the maintenance of vendor master data, GL coding structures, and cost center alignment.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest configuration improvements.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing system reliability, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Preferred: Associate's degree or higher.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance systems administration, ERP support, or a related technical operations role.
• Practical experience administering enterprise software platforms, including ERP, procurement, expense management, or payment systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and escalate when necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy and compliance.
• Proficient with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Capable of working with structured data, SQL databases, and system logs.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience managing workflow automation or BPM software is preferred.
• Familiarity with P2P systems such as Ariba, Xflow, Concur, or Tipalti is preferred.
• Experience with API integrations or data synchronization across multiple systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of SOD compliance, audit logging, and RBAC concepts is preferred.
• Experience in supporting UAT or system implementations is preferred.
• Certification in relevant systems administration or IT fundamentals is preferred.
• Understanding of accounts payable, procurement, or finance operations is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.
• Ability to adhere to documented procedures and maintain strong audit trails.
