This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Create and manage user-facing reports to assist customers in understanding their workforce and pinpointing areas for improvement.
• Design and maintain data models and pipelines within Google BigQuery.
• Utilize partitioning and clustering techniques to ensure efficient and cost-effective reporting.
• Employ statistical methods to deliver valuable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and UX Researchers on feature analyses and ad-hoc data inquiries.
• Produce reports that reveal product insights.
• Evaluate data schemas for new features to accommodate future analytics requirements.
• Offer constructive feedback during pull request evaluations.
• Troubleshoot issues throughout the analytics stack, from data ingestion to the warehouse and semantic layer.
• Utilize AI agent tools to automate workflows and extract insights.
• Contribute to the shared knowledge base of the Data team and keep abreast of emerging analytics and data-development methodologies.
• Located in Latin America.
• Proficient in English.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Practical experience with BigQuery and Looker.
• Familiarity with Python for scripting, data engineering, or pipeline development.
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Solid grounding in statistics, including t-tests and linear regression.
• Ability to clearly communicate data-related topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good understanding of product and business dynamics.
• Experience in building and managing projects within BigQuery Analytics Hub is a significant advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of Java is considered a strong asset, but not mandatory.
• Completely remote work.
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week).
• Option for biweekly or monthly payment.
