Lead Analyst, People Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic collaborator with senior People leaders, transforming intricate data into straightforward, actionable insights that influence workforce strategies.

• Direct exploratory and predictive analyses to forecast talent trends, identify emerging risks, and support proactive strategies.

• Empower leaders to navigate trade-offs, evaluate risks, and comprehend probable outcomes for data-driven decisions.

• Create, enhance, and sustain decision-oriented dashboards that showcase essential people metrics.

• Work in partnership with People Tech and data teams to guarantee the precision, consistency, and usability of personnel data across Workday, survey platforms, and planning tools.

• Develop AI-enabled insights that enhance the functionality and impact of analytics platforms.

• Oversee comprehensive analytics projects by incorporating success metrics, formulating hypotheses, and presenting results that demonstrate impact.

• Guide other analysts and integrate measurable success metrics into people programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in people analytics, data analytics, or a similar discipline.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative area such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.

• Expertise in Tableau or comparable visualization tools.

• Familiarity with Python or R is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to customize insights for executive and non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to influence decisions and shape strategy via data storytelling and insight presentation.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and assisting stakeholders with trade-offs and risk assessment.

• Experience collaborating across functions in dynamic, data-driven environments.

• May be required to secure a gaming license issued by the relevant state agency as a condition of employment.
