This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with senior executives to formulate and execute workforce strategies that align with organizational objectives and promote operational excellence.
• Provide guidance on talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership during change initiatives.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making processes and assess the impact of HR initiatives.
• Identify and cultivate top talent, create succession plans, and develop leadership pipelines.
• Facilitate organizational change efforts through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
• Champion inclusion and belonging initiatives.
• Advise leaders on nurturing a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
• Track employee engagement trends and formulate action plans to enhance the employee experience.
• Ensure that policies and practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
• Offer strategic oversight in Employee Relations, providing business partnership and coaching to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to enhance decision-making and policy development.
• Provide expertise on performance management processes.
• Work with the Compensation team on issues related to pay equity, market competitiveness, and reward strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team.
• Advocate for best practices and consistency within HRBP and Employee Relations functions.
• Recruit, develop, coach, lead, and retain top-tier talent.
• Undertake special projects and additional assigned responsibilities.
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Proven success in change management, organizational design, and talent strategy development.
• Capability to analyze data and utilize insights to drive decision-making.
• Demonstrated dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including no less than 5 years in a senior HRBP or equivalent leadership position.
• Experience in supporting senior executives within a complex, fast-paced, and matrixed environment.
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must have access to high-speed internet connectivity and be capable of office setup and maintenance.
