Lead AI Test Automation Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and spearhead AI-driven test automation frameworks

• Create AI agents, RAG solutions, and smart testing workflows

• Develop automation for UI, API, and performance

• Integrate AI/QE solutions within CI/CD pipelines

• Establish QE strategies, architectures, and quality benchmarks

• Offer technical guidance and mentor QE/engineering teams

• Collaborate closely with development, product, and architecture teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in QE, SDET, Test Automation, or Software Engineering

• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, or Java development

• Hands-on experience with Playwright/Selenium and API automation (PyTest, Requests, RestAssured)

• Extensive knowledge of LLMs, GenAI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Vector Databases

• Familiarity with AI Agents / Agentic AI, including LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI

• Experience with MCP and AI-enhanced workflows

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Proven track record in technical leadership, architecture, and mentoring

• Experience working collaboratively in an Agile environment

• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada
