Lead AI Platform Engineer, LLM, Databricks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical evolution of the corporate AI platform and its shared capabilities.

• Establish governance standards for the use of LLMs, AI Gateway, Skills, MCPs, and intelligent agents.

• Design reusable architectures and frameworks to accelerate AI initiatives across the organization.

• Conduct evaluations of new technologies and define the platform evolution strategy.

• Set MLOps, MLflow, versioning, and governance standards for AI solutions.

• Serve as a technical reference for Analytics Engineers and other teams utilizing the platform.

• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Architecture, and Platform Engineering to ensure the security, scalability, and compliance of solutions.

• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in AI Platform Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience with AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Experience in building frameworks, libraries, or shared AI platforms.

• Proficiency in Python for developing AI solutions.

• Knowledge of AI Gateway, MLflow, MLOps, and Databricks AI.

• Experience with governance, security, and best practices for corporate AI.

• Ability to define technical standards and influence architectural decisions.

• Proficient in English for working in a global environment.

• Excellent if you have:

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or frameworks for intelligent agents.

• Background with Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Experience developing AI Agents for corporate environments.

• Knowledge of Unity Catalog and Data Governance.

• Microsoft Azure or Databricks certifications.

• Involvement in defining roadmaps and strategies for AI platforms.
