Launch & Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee launch readiness plans for product and technology rollouts, encompassing stakeholder engagement, training, support, communication, and adoption initiatives.

• Manage the launch calendar, track milestones, assess readiness status, and maintain logs for action items, risks, issues, and decisions for designated releases.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Development teams to grasp release scope, target audience, dependencies, operational effects, and anticipated business outcomes.

• Coordinate launch operations across various departments including Operations, Support, Training, Marketing/Communications, Compliance, and other impacted teams.

• Ensure internal teams are equipped to adopt, support, promote, and utilize new releases through suitable materials and platforms.

• Create or organize release notes, FAQs, readiness checklists, support documentation, training resources, stakeholder briefings, and adoption toolkits.

• Lead readiness assessments, stakeholder check-ins, go/no-go preparations, and post-launch reviews.

• Monitor stakeholder inquiries, risks, training deficiencies, operational impacts, and unresolved decisions until launch completion.

• Manage post-launch support, gather feedback, monitor adoption, escalate issues, and implement continuous improvement measures.

• Establish standardized launch and enablement practices in collaboration with Product Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in launch management, enablement, project/program coordination, change management, product operations, or similar fields.

• Proven experience in coordinating technology or product launches across diverse business and technical stakeholder groups.

• Familiarity with healthcare insurance programs (e.g., Medicaid), business administration, and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, claims, payroll, tax, customer-facing systems) is preferred.

• Strong skills in project coordination, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, action follow-ups, and status updates.

• Ability to convert release scope and technical information into clear readiness actions for operational, support, and training teams.

• Experience in creating or coordinating communications, training materials, release notes, FAQs, and stakeholder briefings.

• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to achieve team alignment without direct authority.

• Comfort in navigating complex, regulated, or multi-state environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with collaboration and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
