This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations and performance of the Landowner Relations team.
• Ensure that landowner inquiries are addressed accurately, consistently, and promptly in a high-volume service setting.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to team members.
• Balance productivity, quality, responsiveness, and the overall experience of landowners.
• Supervise case and task execution, manage workload and capacity, maintain quality standards, and ensure adherence to established processes within a digital case management framework.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address landowner inquiries, including more complex or escalated issues.
• Identify operational gaps and areas for improvement.
• Enhance processes, technology, reporting, automation, and digital capabilities to boost operational efficiency and improve the landowner experience.
• Manage team leadership and performance, operational execution and case management, quality and landowner experience, workload and capacity, cross-functional partnerships, and process and program enhancements.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be acceptable.
• 3+ years of pertinent experience in Owner/Landowner Relations, Land, Customer Service, Case Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in leadership, supervision, team-leading, coaching, or demonstrated informal leadership is required.
• Strong skills in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organization, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume, digitally enabled customer service or case management environment.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities with the capacity to prioritize competing operational and landowner demands.
• Remote work is not available in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.
