LabWare Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical implementation, customization, and enhancement of LabWare LIMS.

• Partner with client subject matter experts, business analysts, and project managers to convert laboratory requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Deploy LabWare LIMS modules, including ELN, Charge Manager, Enhanced Visual Workflows, and Plate Manager.

• Develop, code, unit test, and implement LabWare LIMS functional solutions utilizing SDLC methodologies and industry-recognized programming standards.

• Configure and provide support for instrument interfaces to ensure automated and reliable data capture.

• Create prototypes for business evaluation.

• Deliver tailored analysis and reporting features in collaboration with cross-functional client teams.

• Identify root causes of process failures and troubleshoot technical errors.

• Enhance existing LIMS configurations and drive process improvements.

• Engage in technical reviews and project meetings.

• Independently manage competing priorities in a remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical technical experience with LabWare LIMS versions 7 and 8.

• In-depth knowledge of LabWare Industry Template Solutions, including Pharma Template and Public Health.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant industry experience.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Experience in instrument interfacing.

• Background in ELN integrations; familiarity with ELN v3 is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of self-motivation for independent and remote work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness and capability to travel as necessary for client-facing engagements.
