This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
β’ Manage databases, records, collective agreements, templates, and reference materials related to labour relations.
β’ Assist in preparing for collective bargaining by conducting research, gathering data, analyzing wages, benchmarking, and generating reports.
β’ Monitor expiration dates of collective agreements, bargaining activities, and significant milestones in labour relations.
β’ Organize and maintain files related to grievances, arbitration, labour board, and legal matters, including documentation, timelines, and follow-up tasks.
β’ Generate reports, dashboards, metrics, and trend analyses pertaining to labour relations.
β’ Aid in the administration of Dexterra's Union-Free Policy, including audits, risk assessments, and tracking corrective actions.
β’ Help implement new policies, processes, and programs related to labour and employee relations.
β’ Create practical resources such as toolkits, guides, FAQs, training materials, and communications.
β’ Collaborate with Labour Relations, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Operations to support various projects and organizational initiatives.
β’ 2-4 years of relevant experience in labour relations, employee relations, human resources, or a related field.
β’ Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
β’ Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
β’ Advanced capability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
β’ Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data management, with confidence in navigating various systems and databases.
β’ Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convert information into clear and practical resources.
β’ Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential employee, labour relations, and legal information.
β’ A collaborative and service-oriented mindset, demonstrating a willingness to support the team where necessary.
β’ Experience in supporting labour relations activities, legal files, investigations, or collective bargaining processes.
β’ Familiarity with U.S. labour relations legislation.
