📋 Description

• Supervise the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and project timelines.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including investigators, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to facilitate the successful execution of clinical studies.

• Create and manage study budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring optimal resource utilization and compliance with study plans.

• Take the lead in addressing issues and challenges that may arise during clinical trials, utilizing effective problem-solving abilities and communication techniques.

• Guarantee data integrity and quality by implementing stringent monitoring and validation processes throughout the duration of the study.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Demonstrated experience in managing clinical studies, with a solid understanding of the drug development process and regulatory obligations.

• Exceptional project management skills, including the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams and external partners.
