This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Assist in the management of routine and moderately complex employee relations issues, encompassing disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, absences, and workplace concerns.
β’ Support Senior LER Leads and Specialists with intricate employee relations cases, investigations, restructures, collective matters, and organizational change initiatives.
β’ Offer guidance to HR Business Partners and HR Generalists regarding standard employee relations processes, policies, and best practices.
β’ Escalate higher-risk situations when necessary.
β’ Carry out case reviews, documentation evaluations, fact-finding exercises, and provide investigation support activities.
β’ Aid in the collection, analysis, and reporting of Labor & Employee Relations operational metrics, trends, and insights.
β’ Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate ER trends, case volumes, themes, root causes, and outcomes.
β’ Contribute to LER projects and strategic initiatives, including policy implementation, process enhancements, training, and change management activities.
β’ Collaborate with HR teams across Europe under the mentorship of seasoned LER professionals.
β’ 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Employment Law, or a closely related field.
β’ Fundamental understanding of employment law and employee relations practices, preferably within the UK and/or Europe.
β’ Experience in supporting employee relations cases, conducting workplace investigations, or providing HR advisory services.
β’ Strong analytical abilities to gather, interpret, and present workforce and case-management data effectively.
β’ Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Capability to work independently on routine issues while effectively collaborating with senior team members on more complex challenges.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business, Industrial Relations, or a related area is advantageous.
β’ Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
