Label Graphics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain label image templates for both internally printed and externally sourced labels.

• Aid in reviewing design work completed by fellow associates.

• Collaborate with teams across the U.S., Thailand, and Germany to gather label data and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Engage in the regulatory hold system to lift order blocks once the established criteria are fulfilled.

• Enhance, streamline, and implement design tasks.

• Generate and oversee Globally Harmonized System (GHS) data.

• Maintain general image templates for item-specific label designs.

• Examine Safety Data Sheets and other resources to ensure label data consistency.

• Construct externally produced labels and coordinate with the Label Graphics Manager, specialists, purchasing associates, and suppliers.

• Update work instructions and capture instructional photos.

• Own and manage GHS Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).

• Handle regulatory change notifications from Chemical Compliance.

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and address standard inquiries.

• Meet weekly productivity targets and maintain dashboards.

• Employ VES tools on designated projects as necessary.

• Maintain data interface tools and facilitate information exchange among Hach teams.

• Partner with Label Graphics team members to tackle challenges and enhance processes.

• Compile data and collaborate with team members to ensure objectives are achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree is highly recommended; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.

• Capability to navigate Agile and electronic Quality Management Systems (QMS); experience is preferred.

• Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.

• Experience collaborating as part of a global team.

• Strong proficiency in the English language.

• Skill in organizing, following, and updating procedural steps.

• Ability to identify opportunities for aesthetic enhancements while complying with regulations.
