Label Graphics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Create and maintain label image templates for both internally produced and externally sourced labels in accordance with compliance and production standards.

• Assist in reviewing label design work completed by colleagues.

• Gather label data from teams located in the U.S., Thailand, and Germany, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Engage in the regulatory hold system to lift order blocks once criteria are satisfied.

• Enhance, streamline, and execute design tasks while creating and managing GHS data.

• Develop labels manufactured externally and collaborate with the Manager, Label Graphics Specialist, Hach Purchasing associate, and suppliers.

• Update work instructions and capture instructional images to refine processes.

• Oversee the management of GHS SOP/WI.

• Handle regulatory change notifications from Chemical Compliance.

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and address standard inquiries.

• Ensure completion of weekly productivity and maintain dashboards.

• Employ VES tools for assigned projects.

• Maintain data interface tools and facilitate information exchange among Hach teams.

• Work collaboratively with Label Graphics team members to address issues and enhance processes.

• Generate data and work alongside the Label Graphics team to achieve targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate’s degree is highly encouraged; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.

• Capable of navigating Agile and electronic QMS; prior experience is a plus.

• Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.

• Experience collaborating within a global team.

• Exceptional English language skills.

• Ability to organize, follow, and update procedural steps.

• Skill in identifying opportunities for aesthetic enhancements while adhering to regulations.

• Strong team collaboration and support skills.
