This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Oversee the delivery of electronic information to the laboratory database with close supervision.
• Assess database import requests for precision and consistency.
• Provide precise status updates for both pending and completed database imports.
• Establish quality control review processes to guarantee accurate data imports.
• Engage in internal/self-audits of the database content.
• Assist with ongoing quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Carry out corrective and preventative action tasks.
• Undertake special project activities as needed to support quality assurance and quality event outcomes.
• High School diploma or equivalent, along with relevant formal academic or vocational qualifications.
• Technical roles may necessitate a certification.
• Prior experience providing the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill the job requirements, equivalent to a minimum of 4 years.
• Equivalency may consist of a combination of suitable education, training, and/or directly related experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and web-based applications is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulated industry/environment is advantageous.
• Demonstrated administrative competence and relevant data services skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening.
• Ability to communicate, receive, and comprehend information and ideas with diverse groups of individuals.
• Ability to work upright and stationary during standard working hours.
• Proficient in using and learning standard office equipment and technology.
• Capable of performing successfully under pressure while managing multiple projects or activities.
• Travel may be required.
