Korean Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop lesson plans utilizing the provided materials and tailor instruction to meet the individual needs of students.

• Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages students to make mistakes and explore the language freely.

• Track and record students' progress following each lesson.

• Implement the Berlitz Method of instruction.

• Inspire students to reach their language learning objectives.

• Provide instruction through Berlitz platforms and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• Previous teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient in Korean at an expert level.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Minimum download and upload speeds of 15 Mbps.

• Reliable wired internet connection; Wi-Fi is not acceptable.

• A PC or laptop operating on Windows 11 or higher, or Mac OS 14.8.9 or higher; Linux is not compatible with the applications.

• USB headset and camera are required.

• Backup system for devices in areas prone to load shedding.

• At least 2 GHz base processing speed.

• RAM of 8GB or more.

• Willingness to commit to 15-20 hours of work per week.
