This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business owners, clinical subject matter experts, and operational leaders to gather and document data, business rules, processes, and decision-making logic.

• Create documentation for current and future state processes, including workflow maps and decision trees.

• Convert business, clinical, and regulatory requirements into business glossaries, metric definitions, metadata definitions, taxonomies, semantic models, and decision rules.

• Contribute to semantic layers and context artifacts used by agentic AI systems, such as Snowflake semantic views, verified queries, and Cortex AI/Snowflake Intelligence metadata.

• Organize unstructured and semi-structured content for ingestion, chunking, and retrieval by AI agents.

• Resolve conflicting definitions, naming conventions, and business logic across departments to create a unified source of truth.

• Define and document the scope of agents, guardrails, and escalation processes.

• Design and manage SQL-based audit logic, evaluation sets, and gold-standard question-and-answer pairs.

• Audit agent outputs, identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and address underlying context issues.

• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Streamlit.

• Maintain a versioned, auditable knowledge base with change management, lineage, and designated business ownership.

• Collaborate with Snowflake engineers on data ingestion, structure, and access requirements.

• Spot opportunities to minimize manual effort through agentic and automation capabilities.

• Support pilots, proofs of concept, and production releases for AI agents, data science products, and knowledge-driven applications.

• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for business users.

• Work on multiple projects concurrently.


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in eliciting requirements and documenting business processes, rules, reporting logic, and data definitions with both technical and clinical stakeholders.

• Capability to translate intricate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into practical, well-documented solutions.

• Strong hands-on SQL abilities for profiling, querying, auditing, and independently validating data.

• Experience in developing audit, quality measurement, or defect identification logic.

• Proven track record in creating process flows, workflows, and current-state/future-state documentation.

• Familiarity with building reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.

• Exceptional written communication and documentation skills.

• Excellent facilitation and interviewing abilities.

• Working knowledge of large language models and agentic AI concepts.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure undefined problems, and bring decisions to resolution.

• Willingness to learn new software, techniques, and methods.

• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, particularly in pharmacy, managed care, health plans, hospitals, or pharmaceuticals.

• Preferred: Background in medical and lab claims, lab results, eligibility, utilization management, or prior authorization data and workflows.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Snowflake, semantic views, Cortex AI, and Snowflake Intelligence.

• Preferred: Experience in building business glossaries, taxonomies, ontologies, semantic models, metadata catalogs, or knowledge graphs.

• Preferred: Knowledge of prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI evaluation frameworks.

• Preferred: Experience in data governance, master data management, or data stewardship.

• Preferred: Experience in designing or delivering training, enablement, or knowledge transfer programs.

• Preferred: Familiarity with HEDIS, Stars, NCQA, or URAC quality reporting or accreditation programs.

• Preferred: Background in management information systems, healthcare or clinical informatics, information science, or business process analysis.

• Preferred: Experience with advanced analytics.
