This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Conduct rapid and well-defined proofs of concept, starting from initial architecture discussions to finalized evaluations.
• Set up the harness, link the gateway, transition existing agent workflows, and demonstrate value using customer repositories and established success criteria.
• Present and clarify model routing, context management, and the distinctions between coding agents to engineering staff and platform leaders.
• Evaluate Kimchi against existing tools based on accuracy, cost per execution, and developer experience.
• Lead reviews concerning enterprise security, data residency, and network architecture.
• Identify and resolve integration challenges in real-time during customer interactions.
• Provide insights gathered from live proofs of concept back to product engineering teams.
• Empower account executives and the broader sales engineering team to recognize and qualify Kimchi opportunities.
• Represent Kimchi at conferences and meetups throughout the EMEA region.
• Translate the technical and business value of Kimchi for CTOs, VPs of Engineering, platform leaders, and senior developers.
• Assist in the implementation and growth of Kimchi, Cast AI’s enterprise AI coding platform, within large engineering organizations.
• Demonstrated experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Field Engineer in developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
• Practical proficiency with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with LLM serving and integration, including OpenAI-compatible APIs, inference gateways and routers, context windows, tool calling, MCP, and token economics.
• Comfortable working in a terminal and with customer codebases.
• Proficient in at least one scripting language.
• Capable of debugging a malfunctioning configuration during a live call.
• Proven success in converting technical evaluations into signed contracts, including enterprise security and architecture assessments.
• Based in EMEA with the legal right to work in the country of residence.
• Open to traveling across the EMEA region.
• Experience in benchmarking models and agents is a plus.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or cloud infrastructure is advantageous.
• Public technical presence through presentations, publications, or open-source contributions is a plus.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Cast AI does not offer visa sponsorship or work permits.
