This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Promote F5’s solutions and services while overseeing existing named accounts and potential clients.
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing current client relationships.
• Comprehend client business requirements and align F5’s technical solutions accordingly.
• Actively identify and qualify opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Formulate targeted sales strategies based on industry, customer needs, and geographical territory.
• Create proposals and presentations, deliver to all organizational tiers including C-suite, negotiate, and finalize sales.
• Foster relationships with clients, prospects, Systems Integrators, Service Providers, and regional VARs.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing sales.
• Remain updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status to management.
• Adhere to F5’s Business Code of Ethics and perform related tasks as assigned.
• Over 3 years of experience in a relevant sales or account management position.
• Demonstrated success in new business development.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong skills in negotiation, closing, and solution selling.
• Exceptional presentation and client interaction skills.
• Proven success in a matrix sales environment.
• Ability to forge strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
• Expertise in SaaS products, particularly F5 solutions.
• Capability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales tools, including Salesforce.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, resilient, and possessing a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% by car and plane.
• Availability to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
