This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of the long-term development strategy for a collection of high-priority accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Foster trusted relationships with executive, clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
• Implement account governance that includes executive steering committees, strategic business reviews, and performance milestones.
• Design, initiate, and expand robotic surgery programs in collaboration with customers.
• Assist in the ongoing improvement and advancement of programs toward recognized centers of excellence.
• Discover opportunities to broaden the application of robotic surgery into new clinical domains and care environments.
• Nurture connections with teaching hospitals, residency and fellowship programs, key opinion leaders, and professional medical organizations.
• Aid academic partners in creating educational and training pathways for robotic surgery.
• Formulate capital expansion strategies that align with customer priorities and potential for growth.
• Articulate the clinical, operational, and economic benefits of robotic surgery programs to facilitate investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical & Medical Affairs, and other internal teams to ensure aligned execution of account strategies.
• Provide customer and market insights to inform DACH and regional strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 7 years of experience in the medical device industry.
• A proven history in strategic account management, ideally in medical devices, surgical robotics, or a related healthcare sector.
• Strong capability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across clinical, operational, and executive levels.
• Experience in developing and implementing complex, multi-stakeholder programs within hospital or health system settings.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and project coordination abilities.
• Comfortable working within a matrixed, cross-functional organization.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• In-depth knowledge of the DACH healthcare landscape is a considerable advantage.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
