This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Propel the growth of the da Vinci Surgical System within key healthcare accounts, focusing mainly on Ambulatory Surgery Centers.

• Collaborate with ASC leadership, health systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and investor-owned healthcare entities.

• Promote the adoption of robotic surgery and enhance procedure utilization.

• Fortify strategic relationships with customers.

• Act as the primary corporate liaison for assigned accounts.

• Direct contract negotiations and formulate growth strategies.

• Work alongside regional sales leadership to boost da Vinci system placement and utilization in outpatient settings.

• Function as the main contact for ASC organizations, IDNs, GPOs, and investor-owned healthcare groups.

• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at ASC growth and robotic surgery adoption.

• Drive sales of systems and utilization of procedures within both existing and new customer accounts.

• Cultivate relationships with executives, administrators, physicians, and surgeon advocates.

• Lead discussions at the corporate sales level.

• Collaborate with regional da Vinci Sales Managers to pinpoint and act on growth opportunities.

• Present to customers, conduct business reviews, and demonstrate products.

• Engage in forecasting, sales planning, and national sales initiatives.

• Manage customer relationships and territory expenses within budgetary constraints.

• Travel extensively to meet customer and business requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Over 5 years of experience in capital medical equipment or medical device sales is essential.

• Demonstrated capability to forge relationships and influence healthcare decision-makers.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to operate in hospital and ASC environments as required.

• Experience in selling to or supporting Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).

• Familiarity with ASC business models and outpatient procedural trends.

• Experience with National Accounts, IDNs, or GPOs.

• Background in capital equipment sales and/or sales management.

• Insight into major healthcare systems and investor-owned healthcare groups.

• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19.

• Candidates might be subject to U.S. export-control regulations, which may include an export license or Technology Control Plan.

• Must meet all applicable employment and export-control criteria.
