Key Account Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist with key account projects from the handover phase to successful completion.

• Aid operating companies in executing projects effectively.

• Ensure clear definitions of responsibilities, timelines, and communication channels.

• Coordinate both internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects.

• Maintain a professional presence when interacting with customers.

• Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early on and devise practical solutions.

• Assist in the quotation and tendering processes.

• Prepare for significant meetings with customers.

• Continuously improve standards and processes within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of technical vocational training, additional qualifications as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician, or a degree in refrigeration, air conditioning, HVAC, energy, or building services engineering.

• Proven experience as a project manager or in executing technical projects.

• Strong understanding of technical processes and site organization.

• Confidently engage with customers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel within Germany (about 2–3 days weekly).

• Organized, solution-focused, and pragmatic approach to work.

• A readiness to take responsibility and foster collaboration among team members.
