Key Account Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist the team with daily VIP client inquiries, follow-ups, and basic account or product questions.

• Foster positive relationships with designated clients, gaining insight into their trading habits, preferences, and business requirements.

• Take ownership of client concerns, investigate underlying issues, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other teams to find resolutions.

• Observe client activities, trading patterns, and engagement metrics utilizing spreadsheets or internal tools.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of client profiles, communication logs, follow-up actions, and account details.

• Acquire a solid understanding of Binance products, including Spot, Futures, Margin, Options, Earn, and OTC.

• Monitor developments in crypto, trading, and competitors, sharing market insights with the team.

• Adapt quickly, take initiative, remain responsive, and proactively enhance client service and team operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current university students or recent graduates.

• Strong enthusiasm and foundational knowledge in crypto and financial markets.

• Familiarity with Spot, Futures, Margin, leverage, liquidity, and maker/taker concepts.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is necessary for collaboration with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.

• Personal interest in trading; ideally, actively engages with or follows financial markets.

• Quick learner with a proactive mindset and the capacity to swiftly grasp Binance products.

• Strong sense of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
