This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
• Provide support for the North America Tyvek® Healthcare Packaging business.
• Cultivate and enhance strategic customer relationships, focusing mainly on Sterile Packaging Manufacturers.
• Formulate and implement detailed strategic account plans.
• Establish and sustain relationships with stakeholders across commercial, technical, quality, operations, procurement, and executive domains.
• Gain insight into customer strategies, business goals, decision-making frameworks, and growth priorities.
• Develop stakeholder maps and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams within complex customer organizations.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified growth opportunities.
• Promote Tyvek® usage in medical device, pharmaceutical, and healthcare packaging applications.
• Create tailored value propositions for customers, emphasizing technical, operational, quality, and sustainability advantages.
• Drive opportunities from initial identification through to commercialization and implementation.
• Monitor opportunities, forecasting, and pipeline management using Salesforce and other commercial tools.
• Safeguard existing business and address competitive challenges.
• Lead discussions on pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
• Utilize value-based selling techniques to foster profitable growth.
• Oversee opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Report on risks, opportunities, commitments, and account performance to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams in Product Management, Marketing, Technical, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance.
• Supply market intelligence, customer insights, competitive updates, and industry trends.
• Represent DuPont at industry conferences, customer meetings, and trade events.
• Travel approximately 20% for customer visits, business meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of five years in managing strategic customer accounts within a B2B context.
• Proven success in managing extensive, intricate, or multi-regional customer relationships.
• Experience in developing account plans, overseeing commercial opportunities, and driving revenue expansion.
• Background in leading customer negotiations regarding pricing, contracts, commercial agreements, or new product adoption.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to work effectively across cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations.
• Proficient in using CRM systems like Salesforce for managing pipelines, forecasting, and customer interactions.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% within the United States.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare packaging, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, materials, or related sectors.
• Preferred: Understanding of healthcare packaging materials and technologies, including nonwovens, films, coatings, and adhesives.
• Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare packaging qualification processes, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
• Preferred: Experience in managing strategic relationships with Sterile Packaging Manufacturers, Medical Device Manufacturers, or Pharmaceutical clients.
• Preferred: Background in executing value-based selling and strategic account growth initiatives.
• Preferred: Proven ability to establish executive-level customer relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Preferred: Experience in highly matrixed global organizations.
• Preferred: Strong analytical skills and experience utilizing data to inform commercial decision-making.
