This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee revenue and profit margins for the complete DEWALT, Stanley, FACOM, and LENOX portfolio within the designated sales segment.
• Strategically develop both existing and prospective dealers in the tools and specialist building materials sectors.
• Acquire new strategic retail partners.
• Formulate national and regional sales strategies.
• Implement sales strategies in close collaboration with Sales Management.
• Create and execute strategies to attract new prospective dealers.
• Collaborate with all relevant specialist departments to ensure comprehensive and sustainable customer support.
• Manage presentations and complex contract negotiations.
• Organize and facilitate dealer-specific product and brand training sessions.
• Coordinate prospective dealers with the National Association KAM to ensure focused market development.
• A degree in business administration, commercial or trade qualification, complemented by substantial professional experience in sales or product management.
• In-depth market knowledge in the industrial supply trade, specialist building materials trade, or construction equipment trade.
• Demonstrated experience in acquiring new customers and developing effective customer acquisition strategies.
• Strong technical comprehension.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of contract management.
• Experience in target-group analysis and technical product selection.
• Strategic and conceptual thinking abilities.
• A structured approach to work.
• Confident communication across various organizational levels.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German.
• Results-driven mindset, team-oriented spirit, and the capability to inspire others.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience delivering presentations to larger decision-making audiences.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays.
