This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Establish and cultivate long-lasting relationships with essential stakeholders throughout Slovakia.
• Foster optimal engagement with stakeholders and achieve ambitious objectives.
• Advocate for AstraZeneca therapies, enhance disease awareness, and facilitate early diagnosis and treatment initiation.
• Develop and oversee a portfolio of key clients in Slovakia.
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to expand AstraZeneca’s footprint and enhance customer insights.
• Engage clients through authorized channels and disseminate information and insights for both strategic and operational decision-making.
• Evaluate regional sales potential, strategize and adjust sales initiatives, and implement promotional activities in line with product strategy and SmPC.
• Collaborate with colleagues from franchise, product management, and business units.
• Monitor KPIs, observe competitive activities, and coordinate special sales offers and programs.
• Identify and update key customer targets, assess customer needs, and modify approaches based on insights and feedback.
• Coordinate with business and logistics partners.
• Communicate product and patient safety information while adhering to pharmacovigilance responsibilities and company policies.
• Manage a territory that includes Western Slovakia and travel up to 2.5 hours to meet with clients.
• Experience in Original Pharma within a commercial sales role.
• Background in Generics Pharma.
• Degree in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
• Strong graduate profiles with 1–2 years of postgraduate experience in any sector are welcome.
• Capability to independently manage and enhance a territory.
• Ability or potential to engage and influence decision-makers among key stakeholders in intricate clinical settings.
• Proficient communication skills with both commercial and medical stakeholders, adjusting language and terminology for each audience.
• Collaborative and inclusive mindset, with the ability to foresee and react to others’ needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Fluent in Slovak.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with common corporate technology.
• Adherence to applicable regulations, ethical standards, codes of conduct, pharmacovigilance responsibilities, and company policies.
