This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• In the role of Key Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with our Business Development Representative (BDR), taking full responsibility for opportunities from initial discovery through to award and closure, while ensuring a seamless transition to the Customer Success team.
• You will expand your territory by establishing strong connections with Regional Health Departments and Health Services, spearheading complex opportunities that frequently result in public tenders.
• This position entails defining strategy, coordinating proposals, and engaging a diverse array of institutional stakeholders, ranging from technical and clinical teams to economic and procurement leaders, consistently employing a clear, compliant, and value-driven approach.
• Over time, you will establish yourself as a trusted ally for public institutions, converting Tucuvi’s regulated, clinical-grade solutions into quantifiable enhancements in patient care while propelling pipeline, speed, and successes throughout your territory.
• Demonstrated experience in selling to Spanish public healthcare entities (regional health departments / regional health services or similar public healthcare organizations).
• Practical experience with public tenders: analyzing tender documents, developing a bid strategy, coordinating responses, and managing the process to award/closure.
• Strong capability to engage and communicate with institutional stakeholders across technical, clinical, and procurement areas.
• Highly execution-focused: meticulous follow-up, ownership mentality, and robust CRM/pipeline discipline.
• Comfortable selling regulated / clinical-grade solutions with credibility, understanding the significance of regulation and quality processes.
• Proficiency in English is required (professional fluency in both spoken and written forms).
• Spanish fluency is expected given the market context.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Highly desirable: Background in Life Sciences (particularly nursing/medicine; also pharmacy, veterinary, etc.).
• Clinical experience does not need to be extensive—formal training is valuable even without a lengthy practice.
• EIR/MIR (specialty training) or comparable postgraduate clinical pathways.
• Existing network within one or more regions (including innovation, CIO/IT, procurement, clinical leadership, etc.).
• Experience working collaboratively with integrators/partners on tender bids (clear role delineation, bid teamwork, shared execution strategy).
