This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee strategic OEM accounts, nurturing customer relationships, ensuring account health, driving revenue growth, and enhancing commercial performance.
• Collaborate with OEM R&D, Design Engineering, and Procurement teams to specify and effectively position Littelfuse components.
• Guide the sales process from design-in and prototyping to production release and securing Design Wins.
• Work jointly with North American Key Account Management on cross-border accounts and global design-in initiatives.
• Expand authorized regional Distribution Channels through collaborative Point-of-Sale strategies and inventory oversight.
• Direct, assess, and support regional Sales Representative agencies.
• Handle Design Registrations, custom projects, and New Business Opportunities while adhering to conflict-management policies.
• Provide technical product training, market updates, and commercial enablement sessions.
• Maintain and project the sales pipeline within LFBC CRM.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Quality, Operations, Credit, Collections/Payments, Logistics, and Customer Support teams.
• Negotiate commercial contracts, perform annual price assessments, and utilize Special Pricing Agreements.
• Present demand forecasts to Supply Chain and Operations.
• Address operational challenges, ensure timely deliveries, manage commercial risks, and uphold account satisfaction.
• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in a technical industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Channel Management.
• Background in the industrial, electronic, or electrical components sectors.
• Familiarity with electronic components, circuit protection, power control, industrial automation, and HVAC/OEM applications.
• Awareness of key competitors within target markets.
• Proven experience managing high-spec OEM accounts, long-cycle projects, complex sales processes, Design Wins, and New Business Opportunities.
• Experience in coordinating cross-regional or international account strategies across North America and LATAM.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with industrial distribution networks and independent Sales Representatives.
• Negotiation experience regarding contracts, pricing strategies, and Special Pricing Agreements.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or internal CRM platforms.
• Business proficiency in both English and Spanish, in written and spoken forms.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 30–50%.
• Excellent technical, commercial, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on strategic growth opportunities.
