
Key Account Manager β OEM and Channels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Oversee strategic OEM accounts, fostering customer relationships, ensuring account health, driving revenue growth, and enhancing commercial performance.
β’ Collaborate with OEM R&D, Design Engineering, and Procurement teams to define and position Littelfuse components effectively.
β’ Manage the sales lifecycle from initial design-in and prototyping to production release and securing Design Wins.
β’ Partner with North American Key Account Management to handle cross-border accounts and global design-in initiatives.
β’ Implement joint POS growth strategies while keeping track of distributor inventory health.
β’ Guide and support regional Sales Representative agencies.
β’ Oversee Design Registrations, custom projects, and New Business Opportunities.
β’ Facilitate technical product training sessions, market updates, and commercial enablement workshops.
β’ Maintain and project sales pipeline data within LFBC CRM.
β’ Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Quality, Operations, Credit, Logistics, and Customer Support teams.
β’ Negotiate commercial contracts, perform annual price evaluations, and utilize Special Pricing Agreements.
β’ Provide demand forecasts while mitigating lead-time and backlog challenges.
β’ Serve as the internal Voice of the Customer to address operational issues and uphold account satisfaction.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent commercial experience in a technical industry.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Channel Management in the industrial, electronic, or electrical components sector.
β’ Profound knowledge of electronic components, circuit protection, power control, industrial automation, and HVAC/OEM applications.
β’ Familiarity with key competitors within the target market.
β’ Experience managing high-spec OEM accounts, long-cycle projects, Design Wins, and New Business Opportunities.
β’ Proven track record in coordinating cross-regional or international account strategies throughout North America and LATAM.
β’ Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Experience with industrial distribution networks and independent Sales Representatives.
β’ Excellent negotiation skills related to contracts, pricing, and Special Pricing Agreements.
β’ Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce, SAP, or proprietary CRM systems.
β’ Business proficiency in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
β’ Willingness to travel regionally up to 30β50% of the time.
